Flu Shots
SelectHealth will be in the PDC, adjacent to the district office, on October 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. to administer flu vaccines. This free service is offered to all insured employees and their family members, ages 3 and older. You will need to bring your medical insurance card (there will be no payments accepted) and fill out a consent form. It is recommended that you wear a short sleeve shirt. Vaccines are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
