Flu Shot Clinic October 26
Have you gotten your flu shot yet?
All employees and their dependents (5 years of age and older) who are covered by SelectHealth are eligible to come to the flu shot clinic on October 26, 2022. If will be held at the District Office in the PDC. All individuals who are getting a flu shot must sign up.
Bring your insurance card and consent form to the clinic. A form must be filled out for everyone receiving a shot.
