District World Language Committee Meeting Report 11/15/2021

In the November 15 DWLC meeting the committee did the following:
- Reviewed and agreed on the Provo City School District Proficiency Standards for World Languages.
- Created a rough draft of a document outlining the topics to be taught in world language classrooms according to class levels.
- These two documents will be used to assess the current curricula for world languages.
Carolina Lima (Portuguese teacher from Dixon) and Robert Hagedorn (Chinese teacher from Dixon and Provo High) have now joined the committee. We didn’t have anyone representing Dixon, nor Portuguese or Chinese at the secondary level.
