The Leonardo has secured a special arrangement to allow educators throughout the state to visit the immersive art experience now playing at the IDEA Space within The Leonardo Museum, located downtown at Library Square, 209 E. 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Two free events to celebrate National Arts & Humanities Month: Renew You Through Art Appreciation

1. Educators throughout the state are invited to visit the immersive art experience now playing at the IDEA Space within The Leonardo Museum located in downtown Salt Lake City at Library Square (209 E. 500 South). Check out Van Gogh 360, Monet to Kandinsky, Italian Renaissance, Great Impressionists, or Monet To Kandinsky En Español. Patrons stroll, sit or lounge in beanbag chairs in the brand-new IDEA Space and are surrounded by images and music which allows visitors to experience the artwork of European masters like never before. The unique atmosphere engages and delights people of all ages visiting an art installation for the first time and art lovers seeing beloved classic works in a totally new way.

2. At Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company, we are so grateful to all the educators in our area. You do so much for our community, and you deserve a night out! Thanks to donations and grants we have received this year, we are able to offer 70 complimentary tickets to teachers and school staff to attend Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company’s performance on November 11-12, 2022 at the new Orem Library Hall. Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company is a professional performance company based in Provo. WCDC’s performance of On Repeat will feature 7 works based on the theme of tradition, habits and pattern.

The form will remain open for submissions while tickets remain, and submissions will be honored on a first-come-first-serve basis. Run time is approximately 90 minutes and the show is recommended for patrons ages 8+.
