Chromebooks will be distributed to all Provo City School District students. The process will be different for Secondary and Elementary.

Students are required to have an updated demographic submission before they can obtain a chromebook. This is accomplished by the parent going to https://grades.provo.edu , logging in with their Parent Portal credentials, clicking the Yearly update tab in upper left corner and completing the registration for each of their students in Forms.

Elementary

Carts have been assigned to all teacher classrooms and chromebooks are being added to the carts based on the enrollment of the class.

Please do not move the carts or the Chrombooks out of the carts to different rooms.  If they need to be moved please contact tech support to complete it.  Our system has been updated and the Chromebooks in the cart have been assigned to that room in preparation for the Cromebook distribution. 

Secondary

Chromebooks will be distributed as directed by your school Administrators. It will be done during the registration process or it may be done the first day of school. If you are needing to know, please contact your school Admin for that information.
