Function 2100 is the Student Support Service function. This function is for all mental and health-related services. For example, all school counselors, school health clerks, any related servers (i.e. occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, etc.), and the corresponding supplies and purchased services would fall under the 2100 function.
