Alio Tip/Requisition Entry

Please make sure you are putting appropriate descriptions in the requisition entry.

Last summer, when we had the extra audit from the Utah State Board of Education, there were concerns expressed about insufficient descriptions on requisitions.

For example, supply reimbursement, employee reimbursement, or supplies are generally not descriptive enough for the auditors. Anyone should be able to look at a description on a requisition and be able to know what supplies were purchased.

We don’t need an itemized list, but a general description that would tell us what the items were for.
