Business Office – Foundation Accounts

The Provo School District Foundation is a separate entity, with its own board and approval processes. All schools will have Foundation accounts.

If you wish to spend money out of your Foundation account, please make sure you submit a request to Shauna Sprunger and Caleb Price–they are the district liaisons with the Foundation.

Rules for vendors/purchasing are the same with the Foundation as with the District. Purchase requisitions will need to be entered unless it is a vendor that does not exist in our system and/or will not be used again.
