2nd Grade Early Literacy PD Day

As we continue to work toward our district reading goals, we will be holding the final training day for all second grade teachers.

The training will be offered two days but you only need to register for one day. Registration information was emailed out previously. Per request, we have differentiated the training days and encourage Title I and non Title I schools to register accordingly if possible. All attendees are asked to register so we have a headcount for lunch each day.

• Tuesday, January 29, 8:00am-4:00 pm at the GTC-Grandview Technology Center (Title I Schools are encouraged to attend this session).
• Wednesday, January 30, 8:00am-4:00 pm at the GTC-Grandview Technology Center (Non Title I Schools are encouraged to attend this session).

Please note: SpEd teachers who work with 2nd grade students are invited to attend. At DLI schools, target language teachers do not need to attend. Principals, please forward this registration to your SpEd teachers.

Teachers are asked to bring their computers, access to DIBELS MOY data, WonderWorks Foundational Skills kit, WonderWorks teacher manual, and WonderWorks Interactive Student Worktext. If you have more than one Interactive Student Worktext, please bring one for each person on your team.
