Dear Educator,

We are excited to reconnect with you for the Utah Chapter NAME (National Association for Multicultural Education) Conference. This year’s conference is on February 25 at Utah Valley University in Orem.

We invite you to participate in this year’s conference and to be inspired by our theme “Connections, Celebrations, and Community: Empowering Utah Teachers through Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.” The conference begins at 8:30 am until 4:30 pm in the Clark Building at UVU. You can register by opening the flyer and go to the registration QR code. The conference fee is $55 which covers breakfast and lunch for all participants.

Utah NAME’s mission is to promote and support education that is multicultural as a means of achieving the full academic potential of every learner in Utah by: 1) sharing knowledge and resources; 2) fostering an appreciation for diversity; and 3) advocating for educational equity.
