Description of Gaia GPS

Students will be dropping location pins using the app to mark where biological specimen samples are collected for a CE Biotechnology project. Students mark their sample in a way such that all student collection sites (pins) archive in one place that we can all access. The students need to download the free app on their phones so that they can use it while out in the field to mark their collection location. Students may be out of cell service areas while collecting, so they need the app downloaded on their personal devices in order to pin their location.
