Provo High School’s ProStart program is truly dynamic and helps students achieve their goals while teaching skills, hard work and dedication. Recently, the team participated in the Utah State ProStart Competition. ProStart competitions consist of Culinary and Management students from around the state and, later on, around the nation. The Management team swept the competition and won state.
The Provo High Management Team will travel to Nationals at the end of April representing the state of Utah. The team consists of Selina Notoa, Arlene Dominguez, Jacob Steward, Bryson Chambers and Vanessa Yens, with the assistance of Kylie Routt. The Provo High Culinary team consisting of Lilian Barthlomew, Melanie Pace, Katie Snarr, Madeleine Anderson and Yesly Moran finished 5th at Regions.
Congratulations to a job well done to both teams!
